Over 25 years and more than 1,000 projects, the goal hasn’t changed: do it right, do it once and stand behind every job.

Real Foundation

What Drives Us

Our co-owners bring two sides of the craft. One has been building since he was 15 and has never lost his love for the heavy structural work: foundations, shells, rebar and concrete. The other leads design and picked every finish in the family’s own home. Together, they started Florida Design & Construction Services as a design-build contractor in Tampa that pairs strong structural work with thoughtful design. It’s why homeowners trust them with custom homes and additions, and why local builders count on them for shell construction.
